Destined for a career in accounting, Jessica grew up preparing tax returns at the kitchen table with her dad and admiring her mom’s work ethic as she whooshed off to her finance job each day.

It seemed only natural, then, that Jessica landed an office job with a wealth management company before she was even out of high school. At the time, that company shared a mailroom and lunchroom with Perkins. Jessica got to know us, and we got to know her, making her a shoo-in for an internship with Perkins after she earned her accounting degree from PSU.

A valued member of our legacy planning team, Jessica loves helping family groups and closely-held businesses clarify their values—and map a tax-savvy route to achieving their goals.

With a full-time career and two toddlers, Jessica has her hands full but still finds time to explore the outdoors and local brewery scene around her new home in Bend, Oregon.
