Travis Irving

Patient. Easygoing. Friendly. A sports fanatic on a quest to fulfill a baseball lover’s dream.

Growing up in rural eastern Oregon, Travis spent hours working alongside his dad at the family grocery store. As he worked the cash register and stocked shelves, he absorbed the value of discipline and the basics of business that continue to serve him well as the steadfast leader of our Assurance Practice and Nonprofit Practice Group. In addition to masterfully commanding our assurance practice, Travis assists other CPA firms as a Peer Review team captain.

With professional experience in auditing, tax planning, and business consulting, Travis has the broad background you’d expect from the business-minded son of a small town retailer. He knows a lot about a lot, and that shows in the array of industries he serves—everything from manufacturing and distribution to insurance, health care and construction. If we had a sports niche, he’d sign up for that, too – especially if it involved supporting his favorite team, the San Francisco Giants.

A sports enthusiast, Travis often kicks back to take in a football or baseball game, but prioritizes spending time following his son around on golf courses playing junior golf. In the off season, you might find them in Arizona taking in a spring training game or traveling the U.S. in pursuit of visiting every Major League Baseball stadium in the country. It’s a great way to unwind when you work as hard as Travis does.
