Sara Schmitz

Dedicated. Loyal. Locally grown. A hardworking mom with an “alternative” past.

Some years ago, Sara made a beeline straight from PSU to Perkins. Her short flight blossomed into a wonderful career in real estate accounting marked by the same dedication, caring and pride she lavishes on her family. To wit, colorful creations by Sara’s two favorite young artists and de rigueur professional credentials adorn her office in a convivial jumble.

Sara loves to hike and bike with her kids, and frequents the family’s Ocean Park beach house for serious chill time. Maybe that’s where her garage band is hiding – we hear she was once a guitarist in an indie band back in the heyday of grunge music.
