The drive for proficiency comes naturally to Blake. A golf pro, Blake started playing the game at age 3 and competing at age 8, steadily working up to the USGA amateurs. He’s competed internationally and is dedicated to continually honing his game. He also takes pride in learning everything he can about fly fishing, a more recent passion of his.

When it comes to mastery, Blake’s magnum opus might be the Colorado River rafting excursion that he planned a few years ago. Eschewing the guided tour, Blake taught himself everything he needed to know to raft the Colorado and make it back to share the tale.
