Lisa Zauner joined the Perkins & Co audit department in 2008 and has close to 20 years of experience in public accounting and one year of experience in private industry. Her primary responsibilities include planning and performing audits and reviews for middle-market companies in the manufacturing and distribution, retail, insurance, and professional service industries. She is also a member in our Technology and Real Estate practice groups.

Prior to joining Perkins, Lisa worked at an international accounting firm planning and performing audit services. Lisa’s professional background in public accounting includes experience in audit and consulting for a variety of clients and entities, including publicly traded and privately held corporations, LLC/partnerships, nonprofit organizations, banks, and investment companies, as well as emerging businesses and multi-national organizations. Lisa has also worked in the internal audit department of a publicly-traded company, where she spent her time on projects such as fraud investigations and financial forecasting.

Before beginning her career in public accounting, Lisa served five years as a journalist in the Army, where she traveled throughout the United States and South Korea.
