Born in California and educated in Oregon, Julia spent years hopping between the two states before putting down roots in the Pacific Northwest.

A stint as a seasonal tax worker at Perkins sealed the deal. Discovering Perkins was a great fit, Julia accepted a full-time position with us more than 10 years ago. With her friendly, easygoing charm, she’s been nurturing harmonious teams and happy clients in our Real Estate group ever since.

A new mom, Julia has temporarily set aside her penchant for travel—she’s been everywhere from the British Isles to Egypt—for adventures closer to home. She’s hiked her way through national parks from Tahoe to Colorado and has skied, snowboarded, and snowshoed as much as time permits.

In quieter moments, you’ll find Julia at home reading, baking cookies, and dreaming of future trips to Iceland, New Zealand, and South Africa.
