PORTLAND, OR – Perkins & Company, P.C., Portland’s largest locally owned public accounting firm, is excited to announce the recent addition of Chuck Landers as audit principal in the assurance practice. Mr. Landers’s experience includes over 37 years of national and international firm experience, including leading the U.S. technical accounting desk for KPMG NV, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for the last three years.

Mr. Landers’s expertise includes resolving technical accounting issues, teaching U.S. accounting and auditing courses overseas and in the U.S., review of U.S. and IFRS financial statements, participation in a large U.S./IFRS conversion, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and technical review of U.S. and foreign filer statements listed in the U.S. His vast knowledge of accounting and auditing issues, deep understanding of public and private financial reporting requirements coupled with the pending U.S. conversion to international standards broadens Perkins’ expertise in servicing Northwest companies with complex needs. His industry experience includes manufacturing, trucking and logistics, software, construction, real estate, distribution and forest products.
Mr. Landers earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Occidental College and Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA in Oregon, California and Washington. Prior to joining Perkins & Company, Chuck was an assurance partner for KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP in Portland, Oregon.
