Originally a student of interior design, Stephanie sidelined this passion after discovering early in her career a knack for working with people and policies. Helping Perkins employees navigate health benefits, explore career paths, and develop their coaching skills give her work meaning.

Born in South Bend, Indiana—home of Notre Dame—Stephanie moved to Portland with her family when she was 10. While she doesn’t miss the snow, she revels in Oregon’s mild climate, camping and enjoying the coast nearly year-round with her family of six. A music lover, you might see her taking in a Dave Matthews concert or, to please her heavy-metal-loving husband, rocking out to Slipknot.
