Over the past 30 years, Don has advised over 500 business owners and affluent individuals across the U.S. His passion and commitment to private businesses originated from growing up in his family’s business and assisting with his father’s exit. He appreciates the importance of private businesses to our communities and economy and aims to perpetuate them successfully into the future.

As a lifetime learner with a never-ending thirst for knowledge, Don’s undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics is complemented by his Master’s in Business, Certified Financial Planning designation, Investment Banking license, and Certification in Mergers and Acquisitions. With decades of experience, Don possesses a unique combination of technical expertise, relationship skills, and planning wisdom to effectively advise business owners and their families in a multitude of disciplines required to effectively work in the areas of Business Transition Service and Transaction Advisory Services at Perkins & Co.

Don is a very active and driven person who enjoys playing sports, exercising, traveling, and family relationships. His commitment to forever growing and evolving are the cornerstones of his life plan, reflected in the results he and his team deliver to clients.
