Callan Laster thrives where numbers meet connections. After a short stint in marketing during college, it didn’t take long for her to discover her true calling in accounting—a natural fit that blended her love for math, relationship building, and problem-solving. Following in her father’s footsteps as a CPA, Callan quickly found her stride and never looked back.

Now a senior manager on Perkins’ real estate tax team, Callan tackles intricate transactions like 1031 exchanges, land purchases, and building sales with expertise and ease. With a sharp mind and a warm approach, she excels in building meaningful relationships that help clients achieve their goals. Whether navigating a complex deal or celebrating the success of a local business, Callan’s commitment to her clients is always front and center.

Raised in West Linn, Oregon, she’s back in her old stomping grounds after earning her undergrad and master’s degrees in Arizona and spending eight months soaking in Roman culture during a study abroad in college. When she’s not managing tax strategies for Perkins’ clients, you can find her exploring Oregon’s wine country, hiking PNW trails with her family (and their two dogs—one with a tripod advantage), or cheering loudly at college football games.
