Beth Grubb
CPA/ABV | Senior Manager
Energetic. Generous. Adventurous. An active and thoughtful citizen of the world.
No stranger to the rigors of tax season, Beth had only been retired from her role as partner in a large global accounting firm a short time before she realized how much she missed teaming up with colleagues and clients. Drawn to Perkins’ collaborative culture, Beth is now a valued part-time advisor and sought-after expert on our tax team.
The seventh of eight children, Beth went into accounting at the advice of her husband, who thought she’d make a fantastic CPA. She proved him right, building her career as she moved around the country with her family and husband, a now-retired Air Force lieutenant colonel.
Highly intentional with her time, Beth is a dedicated cyclist and master swimmer. Over the years, she has served in numerous executive board roles on organizations including the local children’s hospital, art museum, science museum, and PTOs/athletic boards. Beth currently volunteers on the audit & finance committee of her regional chamber of commerce. Beth and her family support a mother-and-baby survival program in Ecuador that she and her husband helped establish.
To feed her spirit of adventure, Beth spends every Thanksgiving in Costa Rica with her family, surfing during the day and eating fish at night.
