The comprehensive survey evaluated 25 accounting firms currently providing services in the Portland metro area based on employee and partner demographics. This ranking demonstrates Perkins’ unwavering dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, especially as the workforce grows both in number and geographically. With employees throughout the country, Perkins’ mission is to provide an inclusive and equitable space for both its employees and clients.
