Trent has been an amazing partner for us. He is present and available. We have been a Perkins client for a decade and look forward to partnering with them for years to come.

Add a generous community spirit to proven real estate tax talent and you’ve got our man Trent.

Trent has primarily specialized in our Real Estate Practice Group since joining the Perkins & Co tax department in 2007. He also quietly shines as an industry guest star, undertaking tax work for clients with various backgrounds and in different trades.

Trent has always used his public accounting powers for the good of a variety of clients and entities. Although he has focused mainly on partnerships and LLCs, he’s no stranger to the needs of S corporations and high-net-worth individuals.

Before landing at Perkins & Co, Trent spent two years at Michigan firm Quast Janke & Co, PC. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of General Studies and earned a master’s degree in accounting from Washington State University in Vancouver.

Not surprisingly, Trent is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oregon Society of CPAs. Outside of work, you’ll find him volunteering for St. Andrew’s Legal Clinic, playing tennis, and questing after his first hole-in-one.
