DRUM ROLL PLEASE…we are very excited to share with you that for the third consecutive year, Perkins & Co is the Most-Admired Accounting Firm in the Professional Services Category for 2012 as tabulated by the Portland Business Journal (PBJ). The list results were determined by a survey of more than 1,800 CEOs and top-level executives across Oregon. Companies are evaluated based on innovation, quality of management, community involvement, quality of products and services, and brand and marketing.
This will be Perkins & Co’s fifth time on the list in the past six years. PBJ has been celebrating Admired Companies for eight years.
To add to this excitement, our very own Gary Reynolds, President and Shareholder of Perkins & Co, has been named Oregon’s Most Admired CEO in the Professional Services category. He is recognized for his leadership in Perkins & Co’s growth and success and his commitment to strengthening Oregon’s business community. He also contributes his time to serving on numerous boards, including The Oregon Business Association, The Portland Business Alliance, The OHSU Foundation, and The Arlington Club. In addition, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants recently named Gary to its national Board of Directors, making him just the third Oregonian selected in the last 50 years. Gary credits a “one-firm” business philosophy to his success, which you can read more about below (click on image thumbnail).
We are truly honored to once again be voted as a Most-Admired Company by our peers. We also want to offer huge congratulations to all the Most-Admired Companies and CEOs honored at today’s luncheon attended by over 900 business and community leaders at The Hilton.
