Perkins was recently engaged to provide tax analysis on the proposed Multnomah County ballot measure 26-238 set to be voted on by Multnomah County voters on May 16. We were asked to focus on what we do best: the known and uncertain tax impacts of a new tax program. We were not asked to analyze the greater social need or merits of the program. The report was featured in an article published by the Willamette Week and subsequently made available to the public through social media.
