Dynamic. Caring. Involved. When Ann is around, good things get done.
Bursting with energy and compassion, Ann is devoted to making life better for those around her. In the 1980s, she co-founded the Oregon chapter of Make-A-Wish on a shoestring budget. Active in the Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry for over a decade and now assisting the refugee resettlement program through Oregon Catholic Charities, Ann shares her skills in finance, administration and leadership to help these organizations thrive.
As an international tax senior manager at Perkins, Ann continues to give as she guides expatriates through the complex world of international tax. Having lived abroad – first in Holland, then in Paris, where she and her family lived in an apartment overlooking the Gardens of Versailles – Ann understands the unique challenges facing professionals living and working in foreign countries.
At home in Portland, Ann takes regular breaks from helping others to enjoy a leisurely game of golf, swimming laps, or knocking down pins with her “classic ladies” bowling team. Even outstanding helpers need “me” time.
